ORK 090 / 120 Series Vertical and Horizontal Laminar Air Cabinets provide product
protection for non-particulate environment. Cabs are suitable for studies of biological specimens without pathological features and cell and tissue cultures as well as harmless samples in the pharmaceutical, electronic, optical and food industries.
The cabins are reflected from white surfaces and provide a comfortable working experience to their users with the light systems that are prevented from disturbing the eye and fan systems with very low noise levels. Thanks to the microprocessor-controlled operating system, which automatically adjusts the air speed to the standard value of 0.4 m / s, it is theoretically impossible for cabs to operate at the wrong flow. However, the device has an audible and illuminated alarm system for any changes and failures that may occur under operating conditions.
The front cover panel with a UV lamp for sterilization of the cabin can optionally be preferred when required.
In order to guarantee efficient sterilization of the cabinet and to prevent unnecessary use of the UV lamp, the duration of the lamp is fixed at 15 minutes per sterilization process.
70% of the air passed through the HEPA filter is re-circulated, providing the maximum life span for the front and HEPA filters used in the device. By reducing the air flow rate by half, the filter life is extended and the time required for the cabin interior to reach the sterile conditions can be reduced to 3-4 minutes.
